What is dry needling and how does it help?

Dry needling uses thin filiform needles to release tight trigger points in muscle tissue, reducing pain and restoring range of motion. It's especially effective for chronic pain, sports injuries, and muscle tightness that hasn't responded to other treatment.

Do you accept insurance?

We provide complimentary insurance benefit checks for all new patients! While payment is collected at the time of service, we provide itemized receipts (superbills) equipped with all necessary treatment and diagnosis codes. Most patients with commercial PPO plans (Horizon, Cigna, UHC, Aetna) submit these to receive direct reimbursement checks in their mailbox. We also accept HSA/FSA payment cards.

What's the difference between dry needling and cupping?

Dry needling targets specific trigger points deep in the muscle to relieve tension and pain. Cupping uses suction to increase blood flow and loosen fascia and muscle tissue over a broader area. Many sessions combine both for faster recovery.
